Not the typical path.
That's the point.
I started in military intelligence — leading an 8-analyst team through 400+ missions during Operation Enduring Freedom, scoring top 1% Air Force-wide for promotion. That's where I learned that data doesn't just describe the world. It changes the outcome.
Then I spent a decade at Walmart across six roles, scaling analytics from proof-of-concept tools into enterprise platforms serving multi-billion-dollar businesses. I led 14+ AGILE projects, built production applications for pharmaceutical contract data, and delivered nine-figure cost savings across multiple business units.
After Walmart, I took on operations leadership at a trailer and outdoor equipment dealership in Arkansas, growing the business from $750K to over $5M in annual revenue — outcompeting Lowe's, Home Depot, and Tractor Supply to become the #1 dealer in Arkansas. Not with more resources. With better systems.
The through line is always the same: find the gap between what the data says and what the organization actually does, then build the infrastructure to close it.
